Refund policy

At VirtualMap, our goal is to provide beautiful map art that you’ll love. We understand the uncertainties associated with buying goods online and we want to make the process as simple as possible.

Every product sold by VirtualMap is “made to order,” which means it is specifically manufactured just for you after purchase. Accordingly, we do not accept returns on undamaged items.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at info@virtualmapco.com within 14 days of delivery with photos of the damage and the original packaging. We will be happy to assist you.

Customers are responsible for paying any return shipping costs. We highly recommended that returns are shipped using a tracking service and insurance.

If you need to cancel your order, please email us within one hour of purchase and include your name and order number. We are unable to cancel orders after this window.
